All AssetFrog plans are billed annually.

AssetFrog is a cloud only Software as a Service (SaaS). You can access AssetFrog on any device that has an internet connection and a browser.

Yes! Kinda… There is a soft limit of 500 users. After 500 users you will be prompted to contact us to explain your individual use case, at which point we can increase your user limit.

Yes! We offer discounted plans to registered not-for-profit or charitable organisations. Please contact us to find out more.

Here’s a quick summary:

Upgrading: Upgrade anytime, keep your usual billing period and pay the difference for the remaining time on the upgraded plan. You’ll be billed the upgrade plan amount from the start of the next billing period.

Downgrading: You may put in a downgrade request at anytime but will remain on your current plan until the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll be billed the downgrade plan amount from the start of the next billing period. If you have more assets entered than the downgrade plan allows, you will need to delete assets or upgrade to a higher plan.

Cancelling: You may put in a cancellation request at anytime but will remain on your current plan until the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll be on the FREE plan from the start of the next billing period. If you have more assets entered than the FREE plan allows, you will need to delete assets or upgrade to a higher plan.
