What is AssetFrog?
AssetFrog, made in the down-under, is first and foremost a supercharged online asset management system. We’ve also baked in a powerful depreciation schedule which is fully compliant and accurate with accounting standards.
AssetFrog is a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) and benefits from all the luxuries that an online system can offer.
We have designed the AssetFrog web app to be completely mobile friendly. Which means you can access all the features through your favourite browser on any device (although we don’t recommend using IE for anything you do, as it’s an outdated browser).
The AssetFrog interface has a beautiful feel, and is crafted with simplicity and usability at the forefront of our minds.
Who should use AssetFrog?
We believe that any business that owns assets can benefit from using AssetFrog. Even AssetFrog (our business) uses AssetFrog, in a weird inception-y kind of way.
If you are using spreadsheets, or even nothing at all, it’s time to signup to AssetFrog and start tracking and depreciating your assets the smart way. AssetFrog has a powerful import function which will allow you to import your existing spreadsheets to get started immediately.

Is AssetFrog free?
You’d better believe it! We are huge advocates for making sure that our product is the best fit for your business – and that you are the best fit for us. We offer a free plan which allows you to enter up to 50 assets and let’s you explore the features of AssetFrog for as long as you need.
All features are available in the free plan, out of the box – the only thing we limit is the amount of users you can have registered in your company.
On the free plan we allow 1 user, the person who registered. On any paid plan, you will immediately unlock unlimited users and will be able to invite your entire team. After testing, if you find that AssetFrog is missing something, please send us a support ticket and we will see if we can provide you with the solution.
The free plan was built to allow you to test the waters, decide if we are a good fit, and ultimately love us or leave us.
Where can you use AssetFrog?
Any device with a screen, keyboard, internet connection and web browser can run AssetFrog!
We’ve built our cloud based web app to be completely desktop, tablet and mobile friendly – meaning you just need to visit the application URL to have all of your asset information at your fingertips.

AssetFrog comes with a very basic setup out-of-the-box, meaning you can test the waters without having to input all of your custom settings. When you are ready to get serious, simply visit the “Settings” page in app and setup your profile.
